Shipping, Cancellation, Refund & Payment Settlement Policy
**Payment Settlement Requirement**
All orders will be processed and dispatched only after the full payment amount has been successfully received and settled in the Company’s designated bank account. The Company reserves the right to withhold shipment until payment settlement is confirmed.
**No Cancellation After Dispatch**
For both Domestic and International orders, once an order has been processed, dispatched, and assigned a valid Tracking ID/AWB number, cancellation requests will not be accepted while the shipment is in transit.
**Shipment Confirmation**
Upon dispatch, official shipping records and tracking details are generated and maintained. These records may be shared with our payment gateway, banking, and logistics partners as proof that the order has been successfully fulfilled and handed over to the courier service.
**Refund & Return Eligibility**
Any request for a refund, replacement, or exchange will only be considered after the shipment has been delivered to the customer and the product has been physically received.
**In-Transit Orders**
Orders that are currently in the custody of the courier or logistics partner are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or chargeback requests until the delivery process has been completed.
**Payment Disputes & Chargebacks**
In the event of any chargeback, payment reversal, unauthorized transaction claim, or payment dispute raised while the shipment is in transit, the Company reserves the right to challenge such claims by submitting payment settlement records, order confirmations, shipping manifests, tracking details, courier acknowledgments, and this policy as evidence of fulfilled contractual obligations.
**Customer Acceptance**
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping, Refund, Cancellation, and Payment Settlement Policy, including the requirement that products will only be dispatched after successful settlement of the order amount.
